999 Cenotaph Campaign

On Friday 3rd December, Parkhill Junior School participated in a national campaign to build a 999 cenotaph. The cenotaph will be built to honour the 2 million people that are currently working in the NHS and 999 services, and to pay tribute to the incredible role our emergency services have played over the past year.

In order to raise money to make the cenotaph a reality, the children wore the colours of the emergency services (blue, green red or orange) and donate £1.

We raised £200 and all contributions were donated to the 999 cenotaph. You can find further information about the campaign here: https://www.999cenotaph.org.uk/UTU/
