At Parkhill Junior School, the child’s voice is core to learning and to all that we do. As a Rights Respecting School, we hold high the views, ideas and recommendations of all our learners and act on them. We want our school to be a Wonderland of Learning. Our expectations are high and our strong work ethic is underpinned by our High Performance Learning philosophy. We want our children to be and feel, prepared for the challenges of each day, as well as the challenges that lie ahead.
An aspect of our vision is for everyone to be a confident, motivated and autonomous learner. We encourage everyone in our learning community, to make a positive contribution to the achievement of this vision – children, staff, community and governors.
At Parkhill Junior School, we have sixteen classes learning in a vibrant and exciting environment. We aim to feed a love of learning through a creative, dynamic, fun and challenging curriculum, suited to a rapidly ever-changing world.
