We spent an hour with our parents doing some neurography. We started our work by just using a black marker pen and drawing large loops on the page. We altered these shapes and added some more circles. We then came to the fun part where we added colour. We used mixed media- felt pens, colouring pencils and watercolour paints. Doing this art made us feel very calm and relaxed.
